Amalgame is a multi-effect plugin designed to help you effortlessly craft intricate signal processing chains. Its intuitive interface puts every function at your fingertips, allowing you to focus on exploring and sculpting your sound.

A Universe of Effects

Choose from a library of 23 effects, spanning from familiar filters and delays to experimental, glitchy processors. Drag and drop them onto six XY pads, where each axis provides hands-on control over key parameters for real-time sound manipulation.

Always in Motion

Independent sequencers for each pad's X and Y axes let you create detailed modulations synchronized to your rhythms and ideas. Adjustable rates and sequence lengths provide precise control over movement and complexity in your sound design.

When creativity stalls, Amalgame's versatile randomizer is your go-to solution. Instantly shuffle parameters, sequences, or effects—or reimagine the entire chain with a single button press—to unlock new possibilities and reignite your inspiration. More than the sum of its parts, Amalgame combines straightforward effects with a highly efficient workflow to bring joy back to your creative process.

Start with the Essentials

Fine-tune your sound with a collection of standard processors: amplifier, panner, and peak and notch equalizers. Since each pad offers easy sequencing of parameters, building dynamic effects like an auto-panner is a breeze.

Sculpt with Classics

Amalgame comes equipped with the usual suspects: lowpass, highpass, and bandpass filters. For something more cutting-edge, try the Screamo filter.

Rinse and Repeat

Add depth to your sounds using delay and reverberation, or experiment with the Metalizer and Bot Delay for a glitchier vibe.

Make it Speak

Utilize the chorus-flanger, phase-shifter, ring modulator, and formant filter effects to create synthetic, voice-like artifacts.

Then Make it Scream

Saturation, foldover, bitcrushing, and the bizarre Ring-Trasher: Amalgame is a treasure trove for your not-so-subtle distortion needs.

Mutate to Oblivion

Re-pitch and glitch with the essential Pitcha and Drilla effects. Break down audio into quantum particles with the transient isolator. Or transform any signal into a synthetic texture using the Spectre processor.

Con-Sequences

Each of the six slots features sequencing of the XY pad. Choose a length, host-synced rate, and playback direction, then draw your sequence. Mutate or fill the sequences using an extensive set of processing tools.

Ultra-Streamlined Workflow

• Drag and drop an effect from the library onto any slot.
• Tweak the XY pad to your liking.
• Adjust the slot's dry-wet mix for precise layering.
• Bypass any slot to compare the processed and unprocessed sound.
• Reorder the slots via drag and drop.

Balance Control and Chaos

Precisely automate the XY pads or even the effect selection for each slot from your DAW. Or, dive into an extremely flexible randomization system: select which slots are affected by randomization and regenerate subgroups of settings or everything at once.
